The Tidal is a ring-shaped ceiling lamp that does something most ceiling lights don’t — it lights the room above and below at the same time. 75% of its output washes downward, filling the space with powerful, dimmable light; the remaining 25% lifts upward, illuminating the ceiling and creating a sense of height and warmth that a standard fitting simply can’t match. The asymmetric oval ring — one side wider than the other — shifts in appearance as you move beneath it, a quiet nod to the motion of tides and celestial bodies.
