Do I need to know how much time I'll need upfront?
No — most clients start with a smaller block and top up as the project develops. Book a free consultation to discuss how much time you might need or tell me your budget and we'll figure out the best objectives to focus on.

Is VAT included?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT (I am VAT registered)

Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. Your first call is completely free — no obligation, no pressure.

Do you work across the whole of the UK?
Yes. Consultations are conducted either remotely via phone or video call with clients across the UK — and/or face to face meetings and site walk throughs when possible. I've lit homes in London, Cornwall and Wales to name a few - all from my home base here in Wilmslow, Cheshire. I've even helped some fine folks in America figure out what to do with their lighting!

Do you conduct on-site meetings?
Yes, whenever possible — but this is bound by a 45-minute travel radius and travel time is billable. Most clients are very happy working remotely, but site visits are possible under certain circumstances and on a case by case basis.

    • You send project materials, floor plans, photo's, etc
    • I review materials, take notes and come up with a list of questions & ideas
    • Discuss your project in detail
    • Agree how much time & scope

  • 2 — WORK

    • I do the work we agreed on
    • Plans - hand over PDF proposal
    • Sourcing and/or advice - may be done over the phone
    • Invoice for the agreed amount of time, due upon receipt
    • If a call, work is finished at the end of the call
    • If plans, you look over the work

  • 3 — FREE FEEDBACK SESSION

    • Free feedback session (does not include work outside the agreed scope)
    • You flag any changes you want made
    • I revise the plans accordingly
    • Re-issue the plans at no charge
    • Not free if the floor plans or information was not updated or accurate at the time when work commenced
    • We discuss next steps or we finish, entirely up to you
