A home cinema is perhaps the most playful room in the house. You've worked hard to be able to carve out your own entertainment room, so pick lights that you truly love. There are a few layers of lighting, such as wall lights, step lights, downlights and spot lights. Wall lights are a brilliant choice for home cinema lighting. When choosing wall lights, I like to stay away from reflective finishes that might flash when something goes off on the screen, creating a distraction. I also like to choose lighting without glare, this room is all about the dark and mysterious, being transported to another place and time. Step lights are also fantastic in home cinema's - you can leave them on to guide you in and out without disturbing the magic.
