Named after the Italian word for breath, Respiro is a linear pendant that exhales quiet luxury. Designed by Philippe for Karman Italia, its layered gold anodised metal blades fold and open like a slow, deliberate breath — the light flowing from within the folds, warmed by a gold interior coating before it spills softly downward.

Rare among decorative pendants for its linear form, Respiro makes a subtle but deeply memorable statement over dining tables, kitchen islands, or any space that deserves something genuinely distinctive.
