Staircase step lights are one of the best ways to light stairs. Yes, step lights are used in many other locations throughout the house, like hallways, cinema's and bathrooms but they really come into their own when paired with stairs. They avoid glare, provide useful lighting and make staircases come to life. There are so many different ways to enjoy step lights on stairs. You can light every tread, every other tread or even just one or two will do the job. It's down to personal preference - and budget. Most step lights for stairs are recessed into the wall and many require a remote power supply but there are always exceptions. Top Tip: The higher the position of the step light, the wider and longer the light beam will be.
